We reserve the right to modify these terms of use at any time.
Customer communication will exclusively take place via email to ensure a written record of
communication. We retain digital copies of communication with customers for transparent and
traceable order processing. These records will be kept for one year after the completion of the
order and then deleted.
The security of your personal information is our top priority. Your data will be used solely for
secure order processing and will remain confidential without public disclosure. Therefore, sharing
our private information (address, bank details, etc.) publicly is not permitted.
We emphasize polite communication and expect our customers to be respectful and courteous in
their inquiries and concerns. In case of problems or disagreements, we request customers to
promptly report them to us so that we can find a solution together.
Negative or offensive communication from our customers will not be tolerated. In such cases, we
reserve the right to immediately cancel the ongoing order and add the customer to our blacklist. If
problematic customer contacts extend beyond impolite communication, we reserve the right to
take legal action and involve our lawyer.
By submitting a quote request via the Google form, you automatically agree to our terms of use.
Ignoring or breaking our terms of use leads to the inclusion of the individual in our blacklist. This blacklist is accessible to all fursuit makers and may hinder the person from finding other fursuit makers for commissions. When someone is added to the blacklist, all contact is blocked, and a warning about the person is published on our social media platforms. Publicly shared information typically includes the legal first name, initial of the last name, character name, and the city and/or country of residence. Individuals on the blacklist have no right to determine the extent of information published, and we will not delete this data. Additionally, individuals on the blacklist are prohibited from speaking negatively about us, as their misconduct and violations of our conditions led to their blacklisting. These individuals are also prohibited from contacting us or making demands. For violations of these instructions, we reserve the right to take legal action, including involving our lawyer or, in extreme cases, reporting to the police. We provide all relevant information to other fursuit makers, including reasons for blacklisting and contact details, upon presentation of their business license or other proof of activity.
A minimum age of 18 years is required to avail of our services.
Sharing work-in-progress (WIP) images/videos or messages from our Telegram channel on social
media (private/public) is not allowed, as this content is exclusively for our customers and
Telegram channel members. Inviting others to join our Telegram channel is permitted.
Customers are allowed to share the photos provided via email (Google Drive folder) after the completion of the order, with the mention and link to our work as fursuit makers and photographers. Watermarks must not be removed. It is essential to note that all images and videos sent before completion (WIP images) are not to be shared.
We reserve the right to use images and videos of completed commissioned work for promotional purposes. This includes using photos and videos created after the completion of the work. When using these contents, both the customer as the owner of the Fursuit and the respective photographer/owner of the images will be credited. It is important to note that the customer cannot decide whether we publish or delete this content. However, the customer has the right to decide whether they want to be identified or mentioned anonymously or publicly on social media regarding the commissioned work. We respect the wishes of our customers in this regard.
We do not accept strict deadlines for our orders as each fursuit is custom-made, and the time for production may vary. The estimated processing time is usually 2-4 months for partials and 4-8 months for fullsuits, with a maximum processing time not exceeding 2 years. Customers demanding a strict deadline, such as completion before a specific convention, may have their order cancelled during the process or may not be accepted at all.
We have the freedom to determine when and how we work on our orders. We do not disclose detailed information about our working methods and schedules. We ask our valued customers for patience and understanding. It is crucial not to inquire daily about the progress of the project, as we will contact you at reasonable intervals. Repeated and excessive inquiries from customers will not be answered or ignored. We communicate progress and updates through our Telegram channel and answer individual questions and send photos via email. Please note that we communicate progress through these channels, and repeated inquiries are unnecessary.
The order of our waiting list is carefully determined by our team to ensure the best possible result for each project. This order can be adjusted during the working process to align with our creative inspiration and motivation. The waiting list serves as a rough overview for our customers and confirms that their order is being processed. The waiting list is publicly viewable on our website and includes only the character name, the legal first name of the customer, and the extent of the order.
We prioritize different types of orders. Adopt Commissions take priority, followed by Liberty Fursuit Commissions, and finally, Custom Fursuit Commissions. This prioritization is solely for our creative inspiration, artistic freedom, and motivation based on our experiences.
Our Liberty Fursuit Commissions receive special priority and can be reserved through our webshop with a non-refundable down payment of 500 €. The opportunity to book Liberty Fursuit Commissions is opened monthly as long as slots are available.
Adopt Commissions can be purchased on our website and involve the creation of a fursuit based on a character/adopt acquired from the webshop. The material selection is made by us. The customer selects the character from our webshop and reserves it with an individual, non-refundable down payment. Within our defined framework, the customer has the opportunity to influence the extent of the order. Adopt Commissions are treated with the highest priority. The chance to reserve a commission slot depends on our available capacities. Usually, we also offer monthly opportunities for reservation.
When submitting a request for a Custom Character Commission, customers are asked to provide their legal name and address for shipping cost calculation. Accurate measurements from customers are required to determine the costs and materials for the fursuit. Sudden design changes made after submitting the quote request are not accepted.
Our Premades can be reserved on our website with a non-refundable down payment and subsequently paid according to a payment plan set by us. Alternatively, they can be purchased at the immediate full price. Please note that no adjustments can be made to Premades. They are available on our website only if a previous auction was unsuccessful.
We source our materials from selected suppliers such as Stoffhummel, Howl Fabric, Mohair Bear
Making Supplies, stoffe.de, or the local fabric market. Customers can view materials in their
individual Drive folder containing images of all materials used for their order. It is essential to note
that not all colours intended for a fursuit may be available as fur, leading to minor or even
significant colour deviations between the fursuit and the reference sheet.
We place great importance on ensuring our works are unique and do not copy the works of other artists. We exclusively work in our own creative style.
Quote requests are subject to a fee of 20 €. If the prospective customer accepts the quote, this fee is credited towards the total cost of the individual quote. The fee compensates for the time spent creating the individual quote and is therefore non-refundable. We may reject requests without providing a reason, with the fee being refunded.
Both parties may cancel the order at any time but must provide a reason for the information of the other party.
Refunds are dependent on the progress of the work. The customer has no say in this matter. The deposit is used to purchase materials and is therefore not refunded.
All our packages come with a tracking number. For packages with a value exceeding 500 €, insurance is included, factored into the customer's individual shipping quote. The customer bears the shipping costs. We recommend customers to contact the shipping service directly in case of problems during shipping. We do not take responsibility for customs fees or similar charges arise after the package has been shipped.
We assume no responsibility once the fursuit leaves our hands. This includes losses or damages during shipping, as well as any incidents or accidents after the customer receives the fursuit.
Repairs to our fursuits are free within one week after arrival. After this period, repair costs of 40 € per hour apply. In both cases, the customer bears the shipping costs for sending the fursuit for repair. Please ensure the fursuit is cleaned before shipping it for repair.
For fullsuits, the creation of a Duct Tape Dummy (DTD) is required, made from a coverall and duct tape. Crosses (X) must be marked on the cut lines during the creation of the DTD to ensure precise assembly by us. If the customer plans to use a cooling vest while wearing the fullsuit, this must be considered when creating the DTD. The customer is responsible for shipping the DTD.
For individuals with allergies, it is important to note that we have pets, especially dogs. Although our pets do not come into direct contact with commissioned work, they do occupy the same space. Despite daily cleaning of the premises and a final thorough cleaning of the commissioned work (vacuuming + disinfection), pet hair may still adhere to the commissioned work. Therefore, individuals with allergies should not commission us.
